We aim to ensure every purchase on Luminexe meets your expectations. As a multi-vendor marketplace, return and refund policies may vary depending on the seller. However, we ensure transparency and fair resolutions for all customers.

2. Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The item meets the vendor’s return window (usually 7–14 days).

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products such as custom-made furniture, clearance items, or personalized designs are not eligible for returns unless damaged or faulty upon arrival.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  1. The product will be inspected by the vendor.

  2. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to vendor error or product defect.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is subject to the vendor’s approval and return policy.

6. Vendor Responsibility

Each vendor on Luminexe is responsible for clearly listing their individual return and refund terms. Luminexe monitors vendor compliance to ensure customer satisfaction.
